Introduction

Hi. Are wondering what that rash is on that kid? If you do, the chances are, he or she has atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema). When read this you will know what it feels like to have atopic dermatitis (eczema). From this, you will be equipt with tips to help yourself with eczema or just let you know what that kid is going through. I have eczema so I know what I'm talking about.

My Opinion (Stuff that I suggest)

What is eczema? Well, it's a skin disease that brings rashes. It also brings lots of warts too. It usually stings, burns, and or itches. The most vulnerable spots are the face, neck, back, elbow, inside of elbow, wrist, and legpit. If you have eczema, you don't want to wear coats or long sleeve shirts with loose furs of hairs if you have eczema on your arm or elbow. You don't want to do that because the loose furs will come off and stick to the effected spot and color your skin. It will also irritate your skin. If your effected spot is broken, it will stick to the broken skin and make it's way deep into your skin and irritates even more. A good material to wear is nylon. In my opinion, lotions work better than creams. My favorite lotion is Eucerin Original Moisturizing Lotion. And if steroides lotion is okay, Cutivate lotion is also a great choice.

From the Experts (what dermatologists think)

Eczema is an abnormal act of the immune system. The most common form of eczema is atopic dermatitis. Atopic dermatitis is an inflamation of the skin. It causes extremely itchy, red, inflamed, swelled, cracking, crusting, weeping scaling.
